here is another example of my ability to make-up phrases of non-sense when i don't/can't remember/say the real thing....and how those phrases of non-sense come to make more sense to me even when i am told what it is that i'm trying to say. and, perhaps, the funniest part of this whole thing is that eeli is now picking-up snipits of these things from me because to him it very well sounds like most other english he's hearing {nonsense} ... so he repeats it after me with great confidence - that is, until he hears what it is supposed to sound like and he starts to try to make sense of things for himself.....{for those without kids, or those not familiar with the movie CARS - this phrase comes from a scene in that movie}
